No Limit has worked with Viber on multiple chatbot projects. The chatbots range in functionality and usage. Most of them are developed for marketing purposes for different brands. We are often combining marketing purpose with useful functionality for the users, like reminders, quizzes, and games. Lately, we are developing concepts for using the chatbot as a CRM service for both private and public usage. The chatbots have basic response features and have a variety of options for information gathering of real-world data. They also have web crawling capabilities utilizing the latest technologies.
